A New Headquarters for EWII in a Historic Industrial Landmark
In a space designed by Friis & Moltke Architects, OneCollection has furnished the new headquarters for the energy company EWII in one of the most prominent buildings in Kolding – the former Innovations Factory, originally built as GORI’s factory in 1978 and later transformed into a creative learning and development environment. The interior includes furniture from the Nordsø series by Friis & Moltke Architects, contributing to a calm and coherent material expression throughout the building.
Friis & Moltke Architects has been responsible for the interior design, shaping the overall concept and spatial experience, with a focus on balancing functional, contemporary workplace requirements with a deep respect for the building’s historic and artistic qualities.
The building carries a distinctive history as both a forward-thinking industrial workplace and later a hub for innovation and creativity. This heritage has played a central role in shaping the new headquarters.
